This extra virgin olive oil made from Sardinian olive oil is a blend of two typical Sardinian cultivars: Bosana and Semidana, which together create a top quality, balanced oil with a distinctly fruity perfume.
The packaging is quite original - the bottle is solemnly elegant and the beautiful box in finely printed cardboard makes this product a particularly charming gift. The cork and the glass measure which is offered together with the bottle make it even more special.
The old estates of the Marquis of Villahemosa can be found in Sardinia, in Orri, on the banks of the Gulf of Angels, along the Cagliari coast.The ancient art of olive cultivation has been carried out here since the second half of the eighteenth century and you can see many century-old olive trees.
The only royal villa in Sardinia (once the residence of King Carlo Felice of Savoy and the royal consort Maria Cristina of Borbone for seven years), the noble home of the Marquis of Villahermosa is surrounded by a large park rich in arboreal essences and high-trunked trees, which reaches the sea and is famous for having hosted various illustrious historical characters throughout the centuries.

The oil plant has been recently substituted and now boasts state of the art machinery for cold extraction and the subsequent natural decanting.
